  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be:
    • Unused
    • In the same condition as delivered
    • In the original packaging
  • Custom-made or cut-to-size dam liners, geomembranes, or related customized products are not eligible for return, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

 

  1. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  • Contact our support team at info@damlinersystems.co.ke within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide the following details:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you would like to return
    • Reason for the return
  • Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a Return Authorization if the request is approved.

 

  1. Return Authorization

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved:

  • You will receive a Return Authorization with detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
  • Ensure the returned products are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

 

  1. Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, or transport damage, Dam Liner Systems Kenya will cover the return shipping cost.
  • We advise using a trackable courier service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

 

  1. Refund Process
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

  1. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Depending on the situation, we will:
    • Send a replacement, or
    • Issue a full refund, according to your preference.

We currently do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or product, please return the initial item (if eligible) and place a new order on our website.
